BOSTIN LOYD

“The times they are changing” ..was the title of a song by Bob Dylan. It’s something that happens with every new generation, so it’s nothing new. And the older folks don’t like those changes, especially the ones that felt comfortable in the old environment.

And we saw how bodybuilding changed with it. As with music some will never change their preferences, others still like to hear the old music for sentiment. There is a large group of people that likes the music from the seventies , the political ideas and the aesthetics of the bodybuilders from the seventies. From male as well as female bodybuilders. People massively visited the contests. Magazines where extremely popular and where read to shreds every month. It was the time of innocence. Every knowledge of steroids was meant for the inner circle. If you want to make money from sport, you need to play football, basketball or even golf. Bodybuilders sold DVD’s and T-shirts and most sold signatures and pictures and many even sold dirty gymwear or underwear. But the enormous costs that bodybuilding takes, forced many bodybuilders to do “private sessions” including wrestling and even male prostitution.

Taking pictures with a schmoe, that most bodybuilders even the IFBB pro’s did..do. In the end female bodybuilding attracted almost only these strange males and females with a fetish. What will never change is the haters. When Gregg Valentino disclosed the usage of Synthol, he became the most hated man in Bodybuilding, when Nasser el Sonbatty disclosed the dark world of bodybuilding and especially on GetBig as GH15, everyone bashed and flamed him. But enough of that . Like I said the times they changed. Social media is on the rise. YouTube leads to fame and fortune, just look at Justin Bieber and to keep it at bodybuilding Bostin Loyd. Today, mostly young bodybuilders, don’t want to train years and years natural and then slowly build up their physique. In 2011 I wrote about it: I want it all and want it now.

When in March 2013 IFBB pro-bodybuilder Nasser El-Sonbatty passed away. He was loved by a large group of fans and hated by a much larger group of people on the discussionboards. For the biggest part on GetBig. His character was due to that. The following piece of text is from a blogpost I wrote.

In his competing years during the nineties he was overshadowed by Flex Wheeler, Ronnie Coleman and Dorian Yates.

Bodybuilding is a subjective sport, just like a songcontest or a beautycontest. In these kind of contests, just like a bodybuildingshow, the competitors are dependent on the taste and goodwill of a jury. Often these members of the jury have a good reason to choose certain competitors to win. Mostly this reason is of course commercial. Money talks. The winner, in the case of bodybuilding the Mister Olympia, has the most coverage by the magazines, sells the most shirts etc and of course gets the price money.

Bodybuilding demands huge dedication and sacrifices. You have to shoot yourself up with all kinds of dangerous drugs and peptides, eat very much food that you start to hate in the end. You have to lift hard and ease the pain with all kinds of painkillers and drugs and many many guys get addicted. Lagging bodyparts are filled with all kinds of enhancement oils. Then you step on stage completely dried out from diuretics and expose yourself to a jury that often has a double agenda.

Nasser hated this industry, the people that made money at the expense of the bodybuilders, like Joe Weider and his companies that owned most magazines and the IFBB. In this industry people are dishonest, in the magazines you see the picture a pro-bodybuilder explaining he had used this bs supplement to get his size. The articles written by pro’s explaining their nutritional habits and their work-out. Of course all these articles are written by ghost-writers and complete nonsense.Nasser became useful information from friends like Milos Scarcev and became a real danger for the other athletes. In 1996 Nasser was disqualified due to a failed diuretics test. He then started working with Chad Nichols, who knew how to pass the diuretics test by using other diuretic means. Nasser looked awful and deserved to win during the Mr Olympia in 1997. It was his is best year ever!! But the title went to Dorian Yates. For many years his fans called Nasser “the uncrowned Mr Olympia” . He used way to much gear. The Dead Pool from T-nation refers to that in “Chuckie’s Boys” with Chuckie being Chad Nichols. Chad became known outside the “inner circle” because of incident with Milos Sarcev, that exposed some facts most people from the industry had rather kept from the open. Just like Bostin Loyd nowadays frankly speaks his mind on YouTube.

Drug Abuse

An alcoholic will never admit that he is an alcoholic. He sometimes uses a few glasses, but only at parties. Once drunk stopped by the police he will be, forced by the smell of alcohol, admit to have consumed a glass. After verification, he appears to be fully intoxicated. One of the first side effects of AAS use is denial, like the alcoholic, he will deny or minimize use. No I do not use anabolic steroids, later when it can no longer be denied, I use only in preparation for competitions or contests. I inject only 500 mg / week Deca and 350 mg / week test.

The same happens with most users of cocaine; "I'm not really addicted, John and Peter they are really heavily addicted, I use almost nothing and then only at parties." Don’t you find it striking that users of Synthol also always deny that they use it , and when it no longer can be denied, it's only a little bit injected in a "lagging body part" and only before contests. The complete opposite of the guys that downplay their dosages is Bostin Loyd, he just admits what he takes.

The YouTube cycles

His E-book reveals his marketing strategy: He is undoubtedly the fitness industry's Dark Horse and first Tell All Bodybuilder. Quite frankly, he's the ONLY one who is willing to spit the TRUTH about drugs in Bodybuilding!

This kid knows what he wants, he wants to have a good time and do what he likes best, knows best. He proved his point when he won the 2013 NPC Contra Costa. That didn’t made him famous, or should I say hated. He openly discussed his drug-use. And at one point he said he was doing a 13 gram a week. The discussion forums exploded with pro and contra posts.

He brought videos about every aspect of pro-bodybuilding, about synthol usage – gyno (nipple glands removed) – underdosed/fake gear - pro-cards etc

Bostin Loyd: “U can take baby doses and be a great bodybuilder in 10 years. Or u can go to the extreme and be a great bodybuilder in 2-5 yrs then maintain it with decent doses. I like the second route.Goodnight everyone.

LOL at everybody who thinks training is just as important as drugs n diet in the bodybuilding world. I'd say training is 5 percent if that. That's y you see the same ppl in the gym that never change. If it was so important all gym goers would look decent lol. #bringmethechemicals “

Is Bostin the only kid, in his late teen and early twenties, that uses those amounts of drugs?

One “guru,” John O'Reagan, is known for putting his, mostly very young athletes, to eat massive amounts of food and use massive dosages of gear. He's held responsible for Dallas McCarver's rapid gains and pro status in his early twenties. He also worked with Caprice Murray, Nick Trigili, Nick Medici and Cody Lewis, just to name a few.. He also worked with Bostin, but he only lasted 3 weeks with him, he had to take so much Growth Hormones and AAS that he started to vomit his food out and his hands and jaws almost could not move. He also used peptides such as GHRP-6 to increase hunger. Than he changed to Dave Palumbo to coach him.

These kids have been blasting very hard in their upper teens and early twenties, this phenomenon is almost common now. At least one of them started on Growth Hormone and AAS at the age of 15. But it is not recently new. By example Shawn Ray got his pro-card at the age of 21. He never gained much more weight after that. Which means he was on very high doses earlier in his life. These guys peak in their early twenties and then have a lot of room to grow, others just fade away after their peak period. Some are pushing it too far or their bodies are just not capable of processing so much drugs and they age very quick and as we’ve seen already, some die at a very young age. Some already show signs of excessive drug abuse, such as an extended gut or a changed skin and their body changes like by example Trey Brewer did.

Some guys find it necessary to flame Bostin Loyd, like Lee Priest, to pathetic to even go in deeper, and the very young pro Dallas. This confrontation brings some news to the net, instead of only negative accusations:

Bostin Loyd reveals the truths about Dallas McCarver and about the Industry and makes the following claims: 1. Dallas McCarver talks smack about Bostin in a thread on MD (where Bostin laid out his drug stack he used to win the NPC Contra Costa), saying that he should prioritize other things than gear

- Dallas claims that training, diet, supplements, massage therapy (LOL), and rest are more important than gear

- Dallas claims that Bostin is sending a bad message by saying that drugs are what it takes to go anywhere in this sport

2. Bostin had the same "trainer" or drug guru as the one Dallas is using currently John O'Reagan (who is known to put his athletes on TONS of drugs)

- Bostin only lasted 3 weeks with him bc he put him on so much GH and AAS that his body felt "toxic", could not eat due to all the orals, could not shave due to all the HGH hands

- Dallas uses 15iu HGH serostim, while Bostin only uses 4iu of Chinese generics

- Dallas' parents pay for all his drugs

- The bodybuilding industry is full of fakes

- This particular trainer got other youngsters like Nick Trigili and Cody Lewis huge

- Ifbb pros don't use their supplements from sponsorships and just pawns them off to others

- Dallas McCarver got lucky to get a pro card, b/c Drew Jemmott and Dan Decker wasn't in the open. And Dallas' trainer paid off a judge.

- Bodybuilding at the top level is chemical warfare because everyone at that level already has great genetics.

- Run the fuck away from trainers that stress that growing and looking like a freak is all about food and low dose (LOL)

- Force feeding is not the way to go, listen to your body's feedback

- Some IFBB pros and NPC level top amateurs who are desperate for money turn to gay porn, porn, and cam shows for money (G4P)

Bostin Loyd's in the “Untold Truth” Ebook: "Synthol, when used right, can be the most beneficial product a bodybuilder can use. Hell, even a gym rat who just wants to fill out weak bodyparts that are lagging behind others can use my protocol. If it wasn’t for synthol, I would still to this day have shitty arms. Without a doubt, Synthol brought my arms from 16 to 21 inches in only 1.5 yrs!!!"

Alright let's get the record straight. I was shooting gear into my short head of my tricep not synthol. I am very knowledgable on how where to put the oil correctly. When your in the game of bodybuilding anything can happen. It happens to the best of us. At least I'm not here lying to y'all like the pros saying "they fucked it up training". It happens to ALOT of the best. I'm just real as fuck and idc what ppl think I'd rather be honest. Theirs forums all over the Internet gossiping abt me. And pros acting like this shit doesn't happen and how I abuse and how I don't lol! All pros abuse anabolics don't be misguided guys. And no I'm not going to a fucking hospital unless its a life or death situation. So fuck all the haters”

For all my fans and followers I will not be competing this weekend as planned unfortunately. Something horribly went wrong during a tricep injection and I hit a nerve or some shit. My arm is fatter then u wouldn't imagine with full numbness in my fingers to my shoulders.” …and a little later: “I'm disappointed yes cause I wanted to ruin ppls dreams and show them what I'm all abt but oh well. I'm a firm believer in everything happens for a reason. I will be getting onstage one last time like I had told everyone within the next few years and I will be a threat. Time to focus on clients and kick start an amazing growth phase!! Lets get it!!”

He is very young, successful, has a beautiful fiancée that has the same sportive life-style. He is one of the few that makes money from bodybuilding. I think many of the haters are just jealous. He/they look and probably are very happy. I can’t understand why someone would hate him or her for that.

And about the video’s and their other posts on social media, if you don’t like it or disagree, just don’t read/watch. Bostin:

Like I said guys, this was a complete experiment, I get carried away, i wanted to win and I thought more is better and just went all out. You can't really hate me for it honestly."

Most haters come with the BS argument that reading about the high abuse of gear could bring teenagers to the wrong idea. Young people will ALWAYS abuse drugs. Just look at the mortality statistics in the USA. That is due to binge drinking (Alcohol) Tobacco, prescription drugs everything that the governments don’t want to mention to the general public cause its biiig money for them, just read the clean facts

And beside that Bostin didn’t even mention how much prescription and recreative drugs are really used in bodybuilding, just read the part about a

Ariella Palumbo on the question what she would change in bodybuilding when she would be able to do so: “That's a hard one! The one thing I would want to change is the effect that the Industry has on some individuals. The insecurities it creates, and the feeling of never being good enough. Busting your ass and going on stage to be judged by a bunch of strangers that tell you that you don't look good enough. It can really get to some people and cause people to have self-esteem issues and can become the cause of eating disorders in some individuals as well.”

People lose sight of the bigger picture that we do this because we love to and we don't need to compete, we CHOOSE to, so therefore we should enjoy it! And be happy with our accomplishments even if it doesn't result in a first place trophy.”

Ariella Palumbo on Being Off Steroid. July 2015:

Bostin Loyd and I took some time off from the gym, our diet and drugs since the end of March (after his show). So for about three months, we were being “normal.” We would go out to eat, go to amusement parks, the movies and just relax. This is completely unlike us, and it was the first time I had ever taken that much time off from the gym since I started training back in 2009. I was always scared to take time off, but I have to say, it was definitely a nice break.

We were also in the process of moving out of our apartment complex and buying a new home, so this was a major reason for the time off. Now that we are all moved in and settled, we got back on track without diet and training, except I continued to stay off of any steroids.

So this video is just about taking time off and how I was feeling. I did miss a few points in this video that I wanted to address but I can make another video soon and update you guys on everything!”

Hope you guys enjoy and thank you all for your continued support !

Bostin started with bodybuilding very young, both his parents were bodybuilders and especially his mom was very successful. He practically grew up in the gym.

Bostin Loyd raises money for kids with cancer and the special Olympics. The complete videoclip can be found here and here

Starting at such a young age, and still dedicating his life to bodybuilding implicates that he truly loves the sport (life-style). But I doubt if he likes the dark side of the sport. In one of his video’s he touches on the subject of getting your pro card. He has very good points even if you get your pro card which only the top 2 guys get, unless you’re in the top 5-10 guys in the sport you have no chance against monsters like Cutler at the age of 19 years old the guy was already a monster, add 15 more years of nonstop gear use and quality muscle you think you can make it to the top? Nope and the money is garbage 1000 a week to travel and guest pose all over the country not worth it in my book. He has the right mind set and states it this is just a fun hobby for him now and when he’s older he’ll be done and have a family etc. and move on which he states.

Plus he rips on the IFBB and NPC which like most associations is all money and politics and is never a level playing field...

All the DRUGS in Bodybuilding

And Bostin did not tell it all. He didn’t name all those evil compounds used in Bodybuilding. In order to survive all this force feeding, lots of bodybuilders smoke pot or use pharmaceuticals. And in order to clean the body they again take pharma means. Then you have to remember that many of those boys are so big that they can’t wipe their own ass. Nasser revealed this. and as an example he mentioned Greg Kovacs. Shooting all these oils in the trained muscle groups causes an intense pain and most are using painkillers to ease that pain. Nubain was notorious. When you use such huge amounts of drugs you also need something to suppress the anxiety(Klonopin). And then what to do with the increased bloodpressure and the bloodlipids. And Bostin doesn’t talks about the diuretics and other compounds to get stage ready. And the jointpains will rob you from your precious sleep. Crystal Meth for dieting, cocaine to suppress appetite, and dry skin out for stage. Painrelievers to eliminate jointpain, Zanax Valium. Ambien to sleep. Kratom to fight the sides of AAS and the list goes on and on. Just read my blogpost about it.

Reading this will tell you that this kid Bostin doesn’t bring teenagers to the wrong idea. Today’s modern bodybuilding is a drug filled environment. Information about that is found everywhere on the worldwideweb. This stupid war on drugs won’t bring us anything, if we don’t acknowledge the real truth. It is not about health. Yours and my government is only interested in money.
