Things to Know Before Running Turinabol

Want to get stronger while adding minimal bulk? Turinabol might be right for you. Turinabol lags in popularity behind some other oral anabolic steroids since it produces dry, lean muscle gains rather than insane muscle mass. While your mass gets filled out, it will not have a watery or balloon appearance to it.

This is because Tbol does not aromatize in the body, therefore no estrogen related side effects become prevalent. In other words, Turinabol will not have you bulk up or give you crazy gains. But it does help you gain strength while gaining minimal weight. This is a big reason why Turinabol is common for pre-contest bodybuilding, because it allows you to shrink down to extremely low body fat while preventing the breaking down of protein so you can focus on cutting.

Your rate of recovery is amplified, your strength increases dramatically, and your overall performance is enhanced.

During the first few weeks on Tbol, your strength shoots up in ways you would not believe. In general, you will notice an overall difference in your performance: you will need less rest days, you need less rest between sets, you will be able to train longer without getting tired or injured.

Tbol is one of the best compounds for looking swole in the gym. Not to mention, the pumps will be insane, because within the first few days of using this steroid, as the water and glycogen levels spike. You will have these effects along with obvious vascularity. This is because it does not aromatize like Dianabol (or even Anadrol). This is one of the most distinctive features of Tbol.

Unfortunately, the liver toxicity caused by Tbol (as with nearly all orals) will eventually cause lethargy, among other symptoms, and this usually happens around week 3 of your cycle. To combat this, consider running TUDCA from the start of your cycle, which helps counter the hepatoxic affects caused by Tbol. Without TUDCA, you can feel sluggish, in fact you may find yourself dragging yourself to go to the gym.
Tbol enhances the effects of other anabolics. Tbol has the properties such as increasing nitrogen retention and protein synthesis, both of which are associated with anabolic use. However, most impressively, it suppresses the levels of SHBG, which allows for more free testosterone to float around in your system to build muscle with. Therefore, you should always run Tbol with an injectable steroid base. Tbol is weaker in nature than other anabolic steroids.

Do not run Tbol for more than 6 weeks. At the 6-week point, the benefits start to plateau, and the toxicity of the liver starts to take serious effect. For this reason, many people choose Tbol to “jump-start” their cycle, because of the gains and pumps experienced early on, while the accompanying injectables have more time to take effect. Tbol can be used in both cutting and bulking cycles, but most find it particularly helpful in a cutting cycle while in a deep caloric deficit. Tbol has a very short half-life, so you can split up your daily dose into 2 smaller doses for maximum benefit. Common dosages used are 20-40mg per day. Female bodybuilders can use Tbol too, with a typical dose of 5mg per day.

During a Tbol cycle, your blood pressure can spike to serious levels, and some people even report nosebleeds and palpitations, even on a lower dose. For this reason, may people choose to avoid Tbol. You should monitor your blood pressure constantly during your Tbol cycle, especially if this is your first time using an oral steroid.

Thankfully, Turinabol cannot cause gyno. This is because it does not aromatize or have a progestin nature. This means that it cannot cause gynecomastia on its own. However, you will ideally be running Tbol with testosterone, so therefore the risk of gyno still exists.
