Back and bis today but really wasn't feeling it. Did 15 minutes on the elliptical to warm up, which is unusual for me (I normally don't do the elliptical...doesn't burn enough cals)
Still got in plenty of deads and pull ups.
Finished at the gym with 20 minutes of 2 minutes high speed low angle, 2 mintues low speed high angle on the treadmill.

I like the elliptical. Low impact and you can still get a good HIIT session in even the day after a killer leg day. Just bump up the resistance until you've gotta use your arms on the handles to get them moving. That'll get your heart rate up.
