Chest biceps abs and calveswas at 6am at the lake all day smoked 3cigars haven't done that in ages lol but ate protein bars from the cooler and waters all day I drive boat since I don't drink awesome day with family gonna b up early hitting top water bass fishing no lifting tomorrow but this lake house has a huge hill I may get up and walk up and down it my knee feels better walking up a hill is a good leg workout and low impact
