I like to go by LBM X 10 for cals to cut. So if you're 220lbs and 14% bf(giving u the benefit of doubt), your LBM would be 190. (220 X .14 = 30, 220 - 30 = 190). 190 X 10 = 1900. Looks like youre right on track, even a little low. Btw, sorry about the math lesson .
