Tbol @ 70mg per day – First 6 weeks
Proviron @ 25mg per day – 20 weeks
Adex @ .5mg e3d, Asin on hand if needed.
Hcg: 250 IU every week
PCT:
Nolva @ 40/40/20/10
Asin @ 25/25/12.5/12.5
I may add something else in for 3 or 4 weeks. But i will hold off saying anything more about it for now.
Diet:
Protein - 350g - 1400 cal
Carbs - 150g - 600 cal
Fat - 50g - 450 cal
Total Cal per day - ~2450
I will adjust my macro's add needed, but i want to stick with this.
Workouts:
Monday - Upper body/cardo
Tuesday - Lower body/cardo
Wednesday - Cardio
Thursday - Upper Body/cardio
Friday - Lower Body/cardio
Saturday - Cardio
Sunday - off
During my workouts, i make sure to work every muscle in the group, in every direction, so as to get the most out of every workout. Workout usually lasts about 1.5 hours with cardio, but back on cycle they will most likely last a little longer than that.
I will post before pics closer to march 1. I'm excited to get my second cycle down, and i'm extremely excited for my trail of EQ.
I will be updating daily with my workouts. I have a very detailed journal i keep for my workouts these days, so to save time, i may just post a picture of my journal every day to eliminate some typing.
