 Hi Frank, thanks for welcoming me!
 
 Now I go to the gym and work out there with a personal trainer. I had problems with my back, and now we have just begun to strengthen the general condition of the body so that the lower back can withstand the load. I want to lose weight, get rid of belly and strengthen my back muscles and understand how to do exercises correctly to build muscle. I hope everything works out for me
