  • Today was Chest & Triceps: went up in weightbon quite a few things not quite back where I was but back to building!!!

    Flat Bench Press: 4x8x 70 lbs p/s ( up 25lbs p/s)
    Incline DB Press: 4x8x 55 lbs ( up 10 lbs)
    Incline DB Flyes: 3x15x 25lbs
    Pec Dec Flyes: 3x15x 115 lbs ( up 25 lbs)
    Hammer Strength Incline Pres: 3x15x35lbs p/s

    Skullcrushers: 4x10x 40lbs
    Close Grip Bench Press: 4x10x 40lbs
    Dip Machine: 4x10x 70 lbs p/s ( up 25 lbs)
    Triceps Machine: 4x10x 70 lbs ( up 20 lbs)

    Hanging Leg Raises: 2x10 bw
    Ab Crunch Machine: 3x20x 70lbs

    10 minutes on the Evil Stairmaster level 8

    Chest and triceps are super pumped and sore!!!
    GO HARD OR GO HOME!!!

            Bentover Barbell Row: 4x12x 55lbs p/s ( up 20 lbs p/s)
            Wide Grip Lat Pulldowns: 4x12x140lbs (up 40lbs)
            Cable Rows: 4x15x 140lbs ( up 40lbs )
            Low row machine: 4x15x 65 lbs p/s ( up 20lbs p/s)

            Straight Bar Curls: 4x10x 15lbs p/s ( up 5lbs p/s)
            Incline DB Curls: 4x12 x25lbs ( up 10 lbs)
            DB Hammer Curls: 4x10x 25lbs p/s ( up 10 lbs)
            Machine Preacher Curls: 4x10x 60lbs ( up 10 lbs)

            10 minutes on Evil Stairmaster level 8

            Damn good workout this morning, feeling better everyday!!!

                    LEG Day!!!
                    Squats: 4x12x 70lbs p/s (up 15lbs p/s)
                    Hack Squat: 4x12x 55lbs p/s ( up 10lbs p/s)
                    Leg Press:4x12x 3 plates p/s ( up 1 plate p/s)
                    Leg Extensions: 4x15x 120lbs (up 20lbs )
                    Lying Leg Curls: 4x15x 120lbs ( up 40 lbs)
                    Seated Calf Raises: 3x15x 25lbs p/s

                    Oh yes feeling much better and still trying to go up slowly!!! Getting back into lifting big time again my legs are cussing me today and the next fewcdays!!!

                        • Talk about inspiration, I read through a bundle of these and had no idea you had surgery and were already back to the iron. Major congrats Gymdad, that's killer. Log looks great, I'm going to steal your stair stepper idea for my cutting cycle. I've actually never utilized one of those, I always did bike or treadmill! Keep killing it!

                                Thank you Win All Day,I'm just an old man who loves being in the gym and love how I feel when I'm done lifting!!! Try the stairmaster you won't regret it well yoou r body might cuss you but it works!!!
