28 years old, 5foot6inches, 190lbs, 12% BF.
I got my gear from naps much sooner than expected and wanted to log my cycle to hear some opinions and log the progress.
Cycle Layout:
Weeks 1-12 750 mg GP Test Enanth per week (split twice a week)
Weeks 1-12 400 mg GP Tren Enanth per week (split twice a week)
Weeks 7-12 40mg GP Stan10 per day
Weeks 1-14 12.5 mg GP Exemestane per day
PCT- starting 2 weeks after last pin
Clomid 100mg for week 1, then 50mg for week 2 + 3 (following Sams advice for PCT on this)
Food- 330g protein, 275g carbs, 41g fat, 2800 Total calories
Without going into the boring detail of every single meal, Ill give a quick summary. I eat 7 meals a day, plus a post workout shake and one before bed. The only food items I eat are egg whites, lean steak, chicken breast, fish, oats, brown rice, and sweet potatoes. I do have one cup of coffee with breakfast, but I drink it black. I don't have any cheat meals, and its mostly because in the past, it was too easy to keep cheating if I did it once. I know I'm probably going to get some comments about how low my carbs are, in the past that number has been closer to 375-400 g a day, but I honestly want to see if my gains will still be steady with slightly lower carbs. Also in the past my calories have been closer to 3000-3500, but I decided to start with the p/c/f/cal intake and adjust weekly (if needed), depending on my gains and how I feel.
I did my first set of pins today. 1.5cc of Test in my left quad, and 1cc of Tren in my left delt. I use separate set of pins to draw and inject for each. I use a 20gauge to draw (it seems to be less damaging to the rubber stopper) and I use a 1in 25 gauge for injections. Little soar but nothing to bad.
As of right now Ill be using my delts, quads, and glutes for the injections. I figure I need atleast two more sites to give the other ones a break. In the past Ive done chest, bis, tris, calfs, and one awkward trap injection. I had bad experiences with soarness at those sites, and I was only injecting 1 cc for the traps and chest and 1/2cc for the smaller muscles.
So I know this is kinda long but again I've been impressed with the knowledge on this forum, and how careful people are at giving advice here, not wanting people to do something that could hurt them. So with that being said I'm always open to helpful critiques and learning how others choose to do it.
