      yea, might just say fuck it and go with the a mix at 1.5cc eod like you said mrbig. you dont have any libido probs by not running extra test?

                So this is my meal plan that I have this week. I mentioned the amount of p/c/f/cal I was getting in an earlier post, and I am happy with the energy I have right now, but I will go ahead and listen to sound judgement and common sense and up my calories to around 3500. Also with that I was planning on having my carbs around 400 grams. Ill take any suggestions to anything else I might be missing in my meals. I'm happy to say I haven't missed, skipped, or cheated a meal. It surprisingly easy after about the first couple days. I cook my entire week worth of food on Sundays and separate it into tupperware storing into the fridge (this is the key to my meal success, haha). With all that being said, I'm open to any critiques if I should adjust my p/c/f/cals, or add any food or nutrient items to my meal plan I might be missing. The only thing I really want to stay away from, is a cheat meal. The reason being is I know If I eat one slice of pizza, its gonna be that much easier to stray away and do it again.

                Also, I did my second set of pins of test and tren early this morning. Had no issues, and everything went fine. A quick question that I have for the peanut gallery is that in the past, I've always kick started my cycles for the first three weeks with something, and obviously this time I haven't. I would just like to know how long it took anyone else to really feel the test and or tren kick in for them. I could say that I felt it after my first pin, but that's more or less a placebo effect. I get psyched up just knowing I'm running a cycle and that alone gets me going in the gym. Just food for thought.

                  Hey CB, everyones differant, but what I can tell you is my experience. I normally start to feel it at the end of the second to the begining of the third week. With out any kick start. Your diet looks nice and clean, I think you'll do well. Just up them calories some, weather you do it now or as you go. keep us up to date with your progress, may some pic's now and some later? If I've missed anything just ask again, gettin old. lol

                      Thanks Mr. Big. I'll definitely be keeping everyone up to date, and tracking my progress here. Love the support and inputs I see from this forum. Calories will definitely be going up, and I'll probably make adjustments as I see fit throughout the weeks. I would love to post some pictures, and I know this might sound a little crazy but I'm covered in tattoos, that cant be blocked out like some of the faces that everyone else has. It might be me over thinking it or being overly cautious, but I would like to keep a little anonymity (obviously my real name isn't CharlieBron, haha). Other than that, I'm excited for the next few months and willing to answer any questions that people might have (Ill have some of my own).

                          Just a quick little update. So I went ahead and upped my calories to a little above 3500 by adding 4 more servings of oats and another shake throughout the day. The oats have gotten my carbs up to 400 grams and I can feel it in the day. This is the end of the first week, so I cant honestly say that the gear has kicked in or that I can feel it other than the mental side of it. I can say that I've been sweating like a pig at night. I damn near soaked the mattress, hahaha. Does this mean its kicked in, lol. Well thats it for now.

                            WOW!!! I can't see the tren kicking in the 1st week, although the sweating you described is a side of tren...Hmmm everyone is different. keep us posted on your progress. I copied your diet to add to my upcoming cycle as well.

                              Alright, So I guess ill be sleeping naked with the ceiling fan on from here on out, lol. I didn't mean to imply that I am feeling the tren kick in yet. I was just trying to say that knowing that there's gear running throughout my body, always gives me a sense of being better off. I know that's a weird way of putting it, but it makes sense in my head. I'm glad to hear that you plan on using the diet. I would like to mention, that I am in no way a dietician, but its been working for me. So good luck with it. You might need to tweak it depending on your macro needs. I would like to mention that, since I started planning, cooking, packing all my meals in advance, its made a world of difference. Ive got great energy, I always feel full but never sluggish, and that alone has really made a great difference. and I'm happy to say that Ive kept with it and haven't missed a meal or cheated. You will get your balls busted for bringing food to a restaurant and eating it in the parking lot, but fuck em, hahaha.
                              Alright so earlier today I did my third set of pins. 1.5cc into the right glute and 1 cc into the right calf. I went for a walk right after it and I was on my feet pretty much all day. Had no pain with the injections at all, they went smooth. I finally got a chance to sit down and now I have some discomfort in those areas. Nothing alarming, just a little more soreness than usual.
                              So I got a question I would like to throwout there. For those who have used tren E, when did you start seeing side effects and what kind if any. How much were you running, etc? Same question for Test E? Reason I ask is even though this isn't my first cycle, I would have to say that this is the strongest. I've never used Tren before this, so I'm looking forward to the pros but also cautiously looking for any cons. Also, I started this log for not only myself, but a great place where individuals looking to run a similar cycle could have there questions answered. Thats it for now.

                                Ok, so Im exhausted but I know if I don't do a quick post now, ill never get around to it. So I did my 4th set of pins. I went with the glute and calf on the left side. This time I warmed them up before the injection. Injections were painless as normal, but I usually don't feel the soreness till the next day. My last injection sites literally stopped being sore after three days. Little weird but ill see if the left side reacts the same. Ive put on about 5lbs on the scale. I say it like that because for some reason everyone always thinks that they gained 5lbs of pure muscle in two weeks. Haven't really noticed any change in strength but I can tell with the combination of diet and the gear, I'm starting to see a little more definition in my shoulders and abs. Its only week 2 so im not expecting any miracles, but it is nice to see that im heading in the right direction. More importantly, haven't seen any signs of sides (knock on wood). Im still curious on other peoples experiences with sides from tren, (when in the cycle, what type of sides, what they did in prevention and reaction). Love to hear some feedback, in the meantime ill keep posting my progress.
