You think? That was actually my only drawback to doing just a test cycle. I knew it takes a while for that cycle to start rly showing. I don't want to go hardcore on my first cycle. I def agree with Sam when he says to only use one new compound at a time. What would the Benefits and drawbacks be to adding a jump start in?

if you want to take something that will make you ripped on a "diet", halotestin is my favorite drug...nothing gets you stronger or cut that halo...I always looked my best on halo...it really is not as bad as everyone says...if you just take 20-30mg for 5 or 6 weeks...you will be very impressed with the results as well as everyone who looks at you...I have only used stenox and it is strong shit, I always use a test base also...

i guess my real question, is how synergistic will the compounds work together those first 5 weeks? Or will i just see the effects of dbol the first 5 weeks since the test will take about that long to "kick in"? I want to make sure i'm as learned as i can be before i do this cycle. I want the most gains as i can get with the least amount of sides. I love my little boys, and i don't wanna break em 8)

Dbol will add protein synthesis.. but Dbol has a short life and you do it just the time for the test to kick inAin't no use in lookin' down

Alright. Cycle is decided. Been reading and got some good info from all you guys.
12 Week Test Cycle:
Test E 500mg per week. Two shots
Arimidex .5mg Eod (or E3d depending on how i react)
Dbol 40mg Ed Weeks 1-5
PCT - Nolvadex 40/20/20/10
Is nolva going to be good enough solo? I'm hearing so much on HCG, and it seems like it would be great to add into a pct. Also, should i continue taking the Arimidex all the way to week 14 when i start my pct? Or should you stop it week 12? And of course i will be running Liver support as well since i'm taking dbol now.

Another Question. I know its more about Macro's and there is a section, but i already had this thread here. if need be though, i'll put it in the nutrition section.
Are these macro's good for my cycle more leaning toward lean mass building?
Total Cal Per Day = 2000
Protein - 250g
Carb - 150g
Fat - 44g
5 meals per day, 400 cal's each. My goal is to build lean muscle, and really trying to eliminate excess fat gains. do you think that is within reach with this ration of macro's?

IMO that's extremely low...you can get a general idea through macros but what you need depends more on your genetics, metabolism, as well as activity level. IMO start at 2600 calories minimum then depending on the results you get tweak it to your needs. It's easy to achieve lean mass, just eat clean. What you eat will determine what kind of mass you'll gain.Ain't no use in lookin' down
