      350g of protein for on cycle correct? Or is that just a base line for bodybuilding protein intake?

          I've never done a protein intake like that. Maybe thats why my gains haven't been what i wanted. I've always ran like a 50P/30C/20F diet. I'll def give this one a try tho. Seems like a lot of you do it, and most of you are pretty damn big.

            I can't really talk about being big, not like the others at least. But that worked quite well in giving me enough energy and recovery .. and i'm pretty sure I can say my activity level is higher than most on here. Upping the proteins will make a difference in recovery.. try to up the carbs and calories otherwise

                  Here is an updated version of my cycle, more in depth.

                  12 Weeks: Cycle starts on a Monday

                  Test E - 500mg per week, 250mg pinned M&Th
                  Tbol - 20mg first day, 50mg days 2-7, 60mg weeks 2-5 (did it this way kuz of amount of pills i have)
                  Adex - .5mg on T,Th, Sa

                  PCT:

                  Nolva - 40/40/20/20/10 ED (i have a lot of nolva)
                  Asin - 25/25/12.5/12.5 ED
                  Bioforge - Running 2 Bottles, 8 weeks, 3 pills a day

                  Support/Supplements:
                  Cycle Support
                  Animal Pak
                  Fish Oil
                  Pre-Workout if needed (BA and Creatine Based)

                      O yea baby! It's on!!!! ready to go! Start date = May 1. Stoked! Gonna try n drop a % or two of bf before i start, but regardless, may 1 is my start date!!!!!!!

                              Monday Monday Monday!! I decided that starting on a tuesday would be silly, so i'm starting monday instead 8)

                              this guy is GTG!!!! Freaking can't wait! Gonna take some pics this weekend for accurate Before and After cycle progress.
