    The personal trainer at my gym that sets up about six stations worth of crap around the gym for his client, including the squat rack in which they only do two sets but have the rack tied up for 45 minutes. Use the f'n smith machine.

      ^^^^^ This one used to really piss me off! It's like the fuckin dumb ass personal trainers think they own the gym.... Sometimes they would have half the dumbbells and be using 10 machines at once to do some pathetic group training session. And they weren't watching anyone close enough to tell they were all doing lifts with improper form. The best part is he "personal trainers" were fat or just plain weak looking.

            flipped out on a PT once, Dident even look like a PT. Thats another one, PT's that are in no condition to hold that title. If you can not preform the big 3, you dont deserve that title, UNLESS you have actual medical problems.

              The worst thing that bothers me at the gym is the guy that sees you have some muscle mass and wants to start talking to you about steroids. And I don't even know the guy!

              The 2nd thing is the guy that likes to do 4 different exercises on the smith machine while others are waiting to use it.

                  Same shit this week. Eluding to the fact that I have veins in my arms and what am I taking.. Not once but 3 times this week. The kid needs to learn some manners.

                    The guy that looks like a tooth pick, does a set with 10 lb dumbells or 10's on the bench then poses in the mirror. Always a double bicep pose.

                        How about these dudes that have no respect for the equipment in the gym. My family owns the gym I train at. We have rubber coated easy grip weight plates. These are not cheap. Already this year nine 45lb plates have been broken. You do the math $1.10 a pound and that is wholesale price. I mean come on!! I swear if I could catch someone actually doing it I would snap!!

                        We have a boxing ring. I would invite them in for a few rounds

                          I'm always having to tell the high school football players to stop throwing the plates on the floor. They act like they are all amped up and have no regards for the equipment.

                            cant stand the guy the leaks all over and doesn't clean it, I am a very sweaty person so I make sure that I clean up right its nasty I don't want you to lye in mine and I deff don't want to lye in yours. some people have some funk. we have a lady that does the hole want to tell you how to get in shape or what ever, but she is just a tooth pick, and she tries to get your attrition, crazy old lady

                              I got that this week. I'm flat on a bench and working dumb bells with a injury and not coming all the way down. She has to come over and tell me how
                              I need to drop them a lot lower then that to get the full use.. I then tell he that I got an injury and I'm grateful the I'm lifting it at all.... Love smart people.
                              2 weeks ago she's telling how great I look and great job to now I dont know what the fuck Im doing... Please put the weights down and step away from the bench lady...
