The results/benefits from GH are -IMO- slooooooooow to develop. Therefore difficult to directly attribute to the GH or AAS or Peptides or Diet or Training or ?
I do like GH + believe it helps me feel better, recover better + look better but I am 43 - so my natural gh production may be down.
I have basically taken -
4ius eod = aprx 16-20ius wk to
10ius eod on workout days = 20ius wk - (so u see it's about the same wk amount just admin diff)."GYM + JUICE"
