              Anti aging doctors recommend 1.5-2 units a day. I run 2-4 units a day but have been told not to go over 4 to avoid side effects. I get joint pain around 4 units a day

                  I've ran for aprx 2yrs solid - 2ius for aprx 5mnths ED, then bumped up slowly to 10ius for 6mnths EOD. - when above 4ius I used a pulse method - (split inj thruout day)

                  This most recent yr I did EOD (on workout days) 10ius. (which is 3-4XWK - in 1inj).

                  Honestly I like either a solid 2ius ED or the 10ius EOD on workout days.

                        Really hard to say I honestly cannot point to anything significant + say GH will do this or that for u @ such a dose.
                        The results/benefits from GH are -IMO- slooooooooow to develop. Therefore difficult to directly attribute to the GH or AAS or Peptides or Diet or Training or ?

                        I do like GH + believe it helps me feel better, recover better + look better but I am 43 - so my natural gh production may be down.

                        I have basically taken -
                        4ius eod = aprx 16-20ius wk to
                        10ius eod on workout days = 20ius wk - (so u see it's about the same wk amount just admin diff).

                          U would inj diff amounts @ dif time of day.
                          so lets say ur doing 10ius, break down say 1st pin (1st thing AM) 2ius, 2nd pin 2-3hrs later (B4meal) 5ius, 3rd inj 2hrs after workout (B4 meal) 3ius = 10ius - something like that, this is just an example not a set in stone protocol.
