    Brothers Thank you... I'm good. It was a sleep thing. The cycle really has not kicked in yet. But burning fuel the way I am and not sleeping was not a wise move.
    I'm going to crash early and sleep late. It's back into the shop in the morning and then taking it easy the rest of the day. Monday is chest day and I don't want to
    miss out on a good workout. Again thanks for looking out for me.

      Be careful TB, I did something similar when I was remodeling my house. Late nights, little sleep, training hard when I could, and still working big hours at work. I got very sick and crashed hard, took me months to recover. I know getting the new shop up and running is not easy, but you have to make a schedule and stick to it. I know the business and know how easy it is to work too hard when you see the dollar signs!

        remember u grow @ rest, u annihilate in the gym.
        - so without rest/recovery ur constantly tearing down = shrinking.

          Just say NO to Shrinkage... Herc.. I took a bad starter job and turned it into an 18 hour ticket.. Need I say more

          Yes I need to stay focused on ME. Time management skills must kick in or I will burn out.
          I have a note book out now and making out a schedule for the week to go by.

          We know how things can change with out notes...

              Thanks Big. The n new shop is taking a lot of my time. I always get my gym time in but eating has been tough... Got to keep on track.

                      Thanks Big.. Sorta,, Kinda,, Been having food issues and working my ass off in the new location.. The 6 pounds I gained is 7 pounds gone..

                      My bulk is now looking more like a cut... Im eating and loosing.. Not that Im looking bad tho.. I been asked if Im a cop.. If Im X miltary And do I work out.

                      Some shit people say when ya look that good....LOL!

                            I say if you're a bodybuilder and people aren't commenting on it regularly (where do you work out, shit you're big, are you a bodybuilder?, your arms are as big as my legs!, etc) you're doing something wrong!

                            When the compliments are rolling in....it feels good and motivates!

                            I bet your body just shed some fat, keep rolling brother.
