    upright rows feel right as rain, lol. so does everything else. the only thing that hurts a bit is shoulder presses, and the press portion of the clean and press. everything else feels A OK. Its the outer portion of my shoulder.

      Incline Press - 135x15, 155x15, 175x12, 205x12
      Cable fly - 90x13, 80x11, 70x10, 60x10
      Chin ups - 6 sets of 10
      Bent over rows - 145x12, 145x12, 190x12, 200x12
      Hack squat - 245x10, 335x10, 425x10, 515x10
      Deep squat - 135x10, 135x10, 225x10, 315x4
      Calf raises - 245x10, 335x10, 425x10, 515x10

      Today felt really great. Super pumps during my workout. Able to push a little harder today. Was completely dead after my workout. doing my post workout routine now. Looking forward to pinning again tomorrow. I'm hoping things keep going well 8)

      40mg tbol and .5mg Adex today.

          Tri extension - 120x10, 130x10, 140x10, 150x10

          Shoulder is starting to feel better, gonna give it another couple days to be nice n good. Holy crap though, i had mad back pumps today, i've never had them this intense. Its not quite a pain, but def like no pump i've ever felt before. I'm already up 4 pounds since monday, lol. Idk what's going on, but i like it 8)

          i think this is going to be a very intense and fun 15 weeks.

            hey man, im currently on 50 mg t bol a day. but im about 13 days in and can deff feel it. are you splitting your doses up?

                if the back pump is too much, try splitting it. i take half of mine first thing in the am and the other half 12 hours later, 1 hour before my workout and havent had too bad of back pump and like i said im on day 13. i dont know if your schedule allow you to dose it that way but it would be better to keep blood levels steady also. good luck brother.

                  i was thinking about doing it that way, but idk. i may. i'm also wanting to up my dosage to 60 or 70mg next week. i got more coming in. idk tho.

                    Felt good today. felt more aggressive at the gym. popped 40mg tbol and .5mg adex today. I'm starting to feel really good. Hoping this keeps up and gets better. Also, feeling more endurance in the gym as well, as can be seen from my rep numbers.

                        so cycle is over. Started at 198, ended at 225. Cycle went very nicely! I'm not on pct, and i dropped a lot of water weight and fat quite quickly. I"m down to 215 now.

                          i really feel that this cycle went well All my PR's went up. I gained a good amount of lean muscle, but of course i gained some fat as well. the fat and water weight seem to be coming right off though.

                            this is me after 1 week of pct. I feel its going well. I haven't noticed any estrogen related sides either. My Aromasin and nolva are working quite well.
