i use a traditional 1 body part a day split, normally 5 days a wk. chest, back, legs, shoulders, arms. i do 12 working sets total for each part, usually split between 4 different exercises, 4 sets per exercise. i change the exercise order up each week and move the rep range depending on how my body feels that day.if i cant lift as heavy, i'll get more reps. if i can go heavy that day, i take advantage of it.
