35 Yrs old
6'1'' 190 lbs (approx. 20% bf, guessing)
(will bring my bf% down more before I actually begin)
I've been exercising/working out in some form off and on for most of my life.
Would like some of the more experienced pros to take a look and comment. I want to keep estrogenic sides to a minimum and keep as much of my gains as possible after.
Week
1-12 Sustanon 250 @ 500mg per week
3-16 Adex @ .25mg E3D
4 Days after last pinn start HCG @ 1000iu for 10 days
15-16 Nolva @ 20mg ed & Clomid @ 50mg ed (optional)
17-19 Nolva @ 10mg ed & Clomid @ 25mg ed for weeks 17-18 (optional)
Any supplements I should be using during?
Diet: I want a very clean, as much lean mass gain as possible with as little fat as possible.
3500 Calories (40%protein-40%carbs-20%fat ratio, split into 5-6 meals per day)
Calories will increase as lean mass increases.
