  • First Time Cycle Advice needed

I posted this in another forum last night, but being new here I think its was the wrong place for the advice I need.

I need some serious advice. I had gastric bypass a year and a half ago, BUT I am able to get enough protein in to build more muscle. I am currently taking Creatine Monohydrate and not thrilled with the results. I also want to regain some elasticity to my loose skin and fill it with new muscle.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. I am starting on Testosterone Replacement Therapy as well, so I want to build on that

Im 5'11" weigh 190 and my biggest problem areas are struggling to build size and my loose skin.

Im able to take in enough protein in a day, and eat clean. My basic daily diet is Eggs, with oats, or protein pancakes, fruit (Apple or banana with 32GM Natural peanut butter) Chicken, Turkey, Beef, Cod, Salmon, with Broccoli. Carbs, are Oats, Brown Rice, Sweet Potatoes.

Most meals are 4 Ounces protein, with Carb of choice, or Veggie

I also supplement with Whey Protein, Creatine, BCAA's, Glutamine, Fish Oil, Vitamins, Calcium, B12, D3

My workout is something I change up every 6 weeks, currently doing a blend of Moderate and heavy sets. Most days are about 1.5 hours in the gym and the current routine is Chest/Back, Arms, Core/Cardio, Shoulders, Legs, Core?Cardio. Most weeks is 6 days
