ok so I noticed my mid and lower traps are extremly lacking with the rest of my back thickness. what do you guys think would be best to thicken them up??

Rows brotha. I think youre talking about your rhomboids if im not mistaken. Start with lower weights and really squeeze the shoulder blades together. A shoulder width grip is what you need.
