      What he needs is to up his cals by a good thousand, the diet he implements it once he has upped his cals.

        While it's true there are many issues that contribute to weight gain and refined, high calorie diet is a major culprit that also causes hormonal issues, insulin resistance, satellite fat storage, and truthfully a whole slew of other medical issues that keep the entire vicious cycle going. But if you learn to control your cravings and clean up your act a bit with some simple strategies, you can lose weight, be healthier and finally get fit.

          I use that tool as a reference. I would say up your intake and add fat to the burn. Worked for me.
