Intermittent Fasting has done phenomenally for me. Overall I've dropped from 20-25%BF to 13% in 9 weeks. I feel great, I lift heavy while fasting and I can feel the fat melting off of me. I'm 42 years old and I only have been on TRT at 200mg/wk Test cyp. I'm telling you there's some real science to intermittent fasting. Check into it!!!!
