I'd like to take a minute and introduce myself, my name is Tasso, I am a 32 yr old man, weight 182lbs with 15% BF fat currently.
My diet currently consists of 1900 cal a day (split into a 50%protein, 30%carbs and 20%fat)
I was looking to drop my bf to about 10-12 %
I've done programs such as p90x, Insanity multiple times in the past and got some nice results.
Right now I'm looking to put on some actual muscle mass. I've thought about it long and have read alot of posts about it and I am looking to do 1 cycle. My goal is to add about 10lbs of lean muscle mass.
I will be following a program called BodyBeast from Beach Body. I'm not really into going to the gym and prefer to do things on my own at home.
I've received some suggestions from guys at my local popeyes store, but I want some reliable sources to shed some light on a proper cycle and proper dosages. Being brutally honest I want only 1 cycle to help me kick start the process.
I know all about the nutrition, I understand that I will have to increase my calorie intake to over 3k, so please if you can focus on the actual situation I would appreciate it. The 1900 Fat Shredder was for BF purposes.
