    I would suggest U keep a log for @ least 1 week write down everything,everything u eat + time with workouts listed and Cycle notes then sit down and honestly look at what u did.
    Also send it to a buddy on here or if u can handle the criticism post here I think u will learn alot - (shit we all would).

    Diet is 45% of it, Workouts are 40%, AAS is 10% and genetics 5%.

      i do right down everything i eat when i was on first cycle i was on average 1gr pro, for every lb of my body wieght, calories never broke 1800 (except on cheat days) and carbs i pretty much did not add any (no pasta, no rice, no bread) that was then like i said i lost like 16lbs and 5% bf

      and im good with the criticism... i no it not poking fun at me it is to help me learn adn not hurt myself... so ALL you members PLEASE dont be afraid of hurting my feelings.... im sure ALOT of you know WHAT and HOW to do this WAY better then me....... im just looking for all opinions, criticism (good or bad) and advice


      and let me add that EVERYONE who has ever posted or replied to my has been extremly helpful... and never had i got a rude comment or felt belittled and i thank all of you

        You have a great attitude bro! Based on your above mentioned calorie spread, I think you should go spend some time at the diet and nutrition section.. you will learn alot and I believe that if you get str8 with your diet and training then the cycle you are running will give you great results!

          awesome man thanks... keep in touch and i will let ya know progress... im thinking of doing all my measurments and maybe 1 or 2 pics tonight to have something to compare to... no homo LOL

            Bro there's your problem right there in front of you, I think you said you were trying to put size on with your first cycle using 1800 calories, not to be a dick but my wife does that many calories when she's putting size on. I do 4500 cal's when I'm putting size on. I think you said you weighted 150lbs, you should be doing 2500-3000 cals a day just to weigh 180lbs. your Protein should be around 270gm, carbs should be around 378gm and fat should be around 90gm. Like ODB has said or one of the other guy, you really need to check your diet.

              was not trying to put size on in 1st cycle was trying to lose fat and maybe get a little size..... but i ran test e and EQ hi protien low cals, i think it worked went from like 162lbs 18% bf down to like 150 14% body fat on 1600-1800 calories...... NOW with this cycle my thoughts were (to try and stay lean or get leaner) run same cycle test/EQ but add the sust and more calories for gaining size????? and i was thinking 2500 cals max.... sounds like a bitch thing to say but im afraid to get fat or fatter again????

              and i love how you guys always say "not to be a dick" don sweat it bro like i said i consider myself the dumbest guy on here so any advice/critisism it consider GOOD as far as im concearned.... i would acutually rather you guys said "hey stupid that too much" lol

                correction but not sure if it just for today - at gym this moring i was 145lbs..... next week is the diet change more cals just not sure what to eat... prolly just more of what i eat now? double my portions?

                  My bad BADSEED1976, I misunderstood. IMO I would back down on some of the gear, but I like your idea of adding the Sust. Because of the blend of Test's of the Sust, I would keep that and back down on the others. I think if you keep the mg's around 800-1000mg's you should do very well, again MO

                    WELL here is the updat.... after carefull consideration and all you guys great advice (and the fact i dont have enough sust and my fast 3day source is out...... i have made changes to my cycle - thinking simple and basic (i think)

                    Dbol 50mg a day - first 4 weeks of cycle
                    GP test cyp - 500mg a week - pinning every monday and thursday
                    GP deca - 500mg a week - pinning every monday and thursday


                    how does this look.... im also try to up my calorie intack to atleast 2500 keeping pro at 1gr per lb, uping my carbs (not sure by how much really) and still limiting fat and sugar and all that crap
