I would suggest U keep a log for @ least 1 week write down everything,everything u eat + time with workouts listed and Cycle notes then sit down and honestly look at what u did.
Also send it to a buddy on here or if u can handle the criticism post here I think u will learn alot - (shit we all would).
Diet is 45% of it, Workouts are 40%, AAS is 10% and genetics 5%.
