So I just starting lifting a little over a year ago. When I very first started a could not lift hardly any weight. So like most newbies, I didn't listen to the advise of the guys who had been doing this awhile and I started a cycle after only working out about 2 months. I got solid gains and my strength really increased (this turned out to be a huge problem). The problem was that my major muscles got way too strong too fast and the minor and stabilizer muscle couldn't keep up. I didn't ever lift with light weight to try to build up those muscles either. The major issue that I had was with my shoulder, it got to the point where the tendons and ligaments hurt so bad it was hard to sleep.
I had to take a little time away from the gym and even when i returned to the gym I did super light weight trying to build up my weaker muscles.
There is a reason why people on this board will tell you to have a good workout routine for a very long time before starting AAS, listen to them!!!!!
