    thank everyone and i will try to find something that i can change rice for something lighter an does not have more then 400mg of Sodium but i think cuz the protein shake is not a weight gainer but has what a real meal does ill eat maybe a yogurt or cornflakes something but if i go with the cycle i have with a small change in it i will post pics of my before an after an let u guys see if its good or not

        Hey.. here's an exemple of breakfast, lunch and dinner..

        breakfast:

        4-6 egg whites with 2 whole eggs
        1 serving Cream of Wheat cereal
        1 banana

        525 calories, 38 g protein, 59 g carbs, 15 g fat

        lunch:

        6-9 oz. extra-lean ground beef
        2 cups pasta
        3/4 cup broccoll

        700 calories, 60 g protein, 83 g carbs, 13 g fat

        dinner:

        1 chicken breast (7-9 oz.)
        1 yam
        1 cup peas, corn and carrots

        603 calories, 69 g protein, 61 g carbs, 7 g fat


        then you can play around.. everyone will tell you different but i've found this to work pretty good for me.

        BSN Aminox is pretty good, but if I were you I'd switch it up to SciVation Xtend. It's much better overall.

        As far as the shakes are concerned, BSN is nice.. but I'd recommend MusclePharm or Optimum Nutrition more. They all are pretty similar, to an extent. BSN shakes are.. disgusting imo though... lol

              Lean_Jay from what I read in ur post really is that ur looking to lose weight/cut up IMO the best way to do that is with Diet, cardio + intense workouts -not gear. I think u will feel better + do better if u get lean + mean B4 u cycle.

                As mentioned people rarely get flamed here. This is a good community. No need to be afraid to ask as long as your demonstrating your are reading a little yourself and listening then everyone is great here.

                As xamo has mentioned 3000 cals is a good place to aim. Dont be misguided like so many people i train with that less cals = less fat. It doesnt always work like that. Less cals can = making yourself ill. Im not familiar with the puerto rican diet but as far as im aware rice is fairly high in carbs. you might want to try to monitor this. And as Sam has said there is certainly no need for Deca or any stacking in a first cycle. Its overkill and you need to add new compounds one at a time so you can monitor your reactions to them. If you suddenly broke out in sides now you wouldnt have much idea which one was causing it.

                By all means cycle if you feel ready but IMO diet is going to be your most important asset in your situation. If you can get that nailed down then your off on a good footing and the results should come much easier.

                      i got it i make sure i eat the right amount everyday between 2500 to 3000 cal an in protein between 100 to 180g's

                        Take your body to the absolute limits with Diet and Cardo.. When you put the time in and come to your limits then you can start looking into a little test cyle. AND PICK THOSE WEIGHTS UP!!!! lololol

                            Your protein intake is way too low. You should aim 400g/daily, especially for fat loss, less carbs, more proteins.
