  • First Order - some final questions

    I apologize in advance for yet another "first timer" post - I know there are a ton on here, and I have read almost all of them. I have been researching on this forum for months before I finally decided I had to join because I have some questions.
    Background: I did a round of Test about 11 years ago - it was brief - only about 8 weeks, with no other meds for on-cycle or PCT. I had no adverse affects and had some great gains - but I was 23 at the time.
    Now I am 34, 6'2", 205 lbs, bpf around 20%. I have been working out regularly (3-4x per week) for over a year and a half now, and have always sporadically worked out since the last round. However I feel like I have just plateaued now and cant get any bigger.
    I am looking to just maybe burn a little more body fat, and gain significant muscle. I feel like a solid high quality round will do me very good right now.

    I want to run a 10-12 week cycle of Test E, but am having a hard time figuring out what i need to prevent any gyno side effects and what to get for PCT.

    Here are my thoughts:
    GP Test E - 500mg/wk for 10 (maybe 12) weeks
    D-bol week 1-4
    Nolva or Clomid immediately after cycle (weeks 13-16?)
    Some kind of anti-estrogen for on cycle help??

    So my questions are:
    1. What brand of d-bol to get, and what dosage (Is GP good all around for everything?)
    2. It looks like Nolva is preferred over clomid, so what dosage and brand again?
    3. what should the schedule look like for taking the Nolva?
    4. what can I take during the cycle to help prevent gyno or "shrinkage" symptoms?


    Again,I tried to do a ton of research here first, but I just see so many versions and suggestions, its hard to keep it all straight.

    I'll try to hit all your questions here.
    *GP Dbol is great! just got done with 40mg a day for 4 wks (gunslingers right though 20 or 25 is good). You will get bloat, but you can keep that in check somewhat with Adex .5 mgs every other day.
    *Nolva and Clomid do 2 different things, you'll find the description in the AI's and PCT forum. Some say run em' both for PCT others do just one or the other.
    *As far as shrinkage you can go with HCG. I am currently injecting 250mgs into my gut every 3 days and its workin' pretty good. Some do 500mgs once a wk.
    *As far as "burnin' a little body fat and gainin' lean muscle" - its all about your diet. Keep it to a lot of lean protein, good carbs, low salt, veggies and a lot of water.

        Gunslinger is right. Lose some more bodyfat then reconsider your cycle.

        Im a fan of GP dbol. That's the brand I'd go for.

        On cycle use aromasin at 12.5mg eod to control estro. You should also pick up some hcg and run that on cycle as well. 250iu twice a week starting week two or three until the last week of your cycle.

          Thanks for all the replies.

          As for BF - I have to clarify that the number I posted is very approximate - it is based on some bs online calculator where you enter your height, weight, waist, thigh, bicep, etc. I plan on getting a more accurate number at my gym, but everytime I go, the guy that does the bf test isnt there. I will get it soon though - but I think 20% is a high estimate. I have been trying to gain weight my entire life - notorously skinny - unit I hit 30. now those beers and burgers stick around a little longer than they used to. Losing the fat should not be too hard for me.

          I think I will stock up on Nolva and Clomid - just to have it covered and not have to re-order if I need them both. I am not sure about the HCG though - I have read mixed thoughts on this board about it - I will read up on it a bit more. Pretty sure I am going to get the GP Dbol though, and maybe the Adex to keep it in check.

          Ok, here is a n00b question: when someone says "40/40/20/20" - is that "40mg per day for two weeks, and 20mg per day for two weeks", or is it "40mg ONLY ONCE in the first week, etc. ?? And EOD= every other day, correct?

            advise given above is good..
            get your bf% down especially if u are set on using dbol..most people perfer dbol for bulking,although diet is key to either
            gp gear is deff gtg from my experience.
            i would run hcg on cycle for the nuts

              Do as above quoted, go into the gym, lift until you bleed. Extra help (steroids) is only good if you have the nutrition and a good exercise schedule/routine.
