I apologize in advance for yet another "first timer" post - I know there are a ton on here, and I have read almost all of them. I have been researching on this forum for months before I finally decided I had to join because I have some questions.
Background: I did a round of Test about 11 years ago - it was brief - only about 8 weeks, with no other meds for on-cycle or PCT. I had no adverse affects and had some great gains - but I was 23 at the time.
Now I am 34, 6'2", 205 lbs, bpf around 20%. I have been working out regularly (3-4x per week) for over a year and a half now, and have always sporadically worked out since the last round. However I feel like I have just plateaued now and cant get any bigger.
I am looking to just maybe burn a little more body fat, and gain significant muscle. I feel like a solid high quality round will do me very good right now.
I want to run a 10-12 week cycle of Test E, but am having a hard time figuring out what i need to prevent any gyno side effects and what to get for PCT.
Here are my thoughts:
GP Test E - 500mg/wk for 10 (maybe 12) weeks
D-bol week 1-4
Nolva or Clomid immediately after cycle (weeks 13-16?)
Some kind of anti-estrogen for on cycle help??
So my questions are:
1. What brand of d-bol to get, and what dosage (Is GP good all around for everything?)
2. It looks like Nolva is preferred over clomid, so what dosage and brand again?
3. what should the schedule look like for taking the Nolva?
4. what can I take during the cycle to help prevent gyno or "shrinkage" symptoms?
Again,I tried to do a ton of research here first, but I just see so many versions and suggestions, its hard to keep it all straight.
