    Hi. I am new to this website and have not been in any types of websites. My name is Christopher and I am here trying to learn how to improve myself in lift weighting. I am 5'10 weight 165lbs. I know not a big kid at all and I would love to ask questions and hopefully some one of you could help answer the questions. Thank you

    Welcome to JM.. Your at the right place to learn. Your going to have to read and read alot. Whats your age. Whats your goals.
    Lifting is a small part of this game. Gaining size is not easy. Are your shore you want this.

      Good to have you bro. If you are trying to get big you have to eat big. People say I do eat all the time, like a horse. But then they learn how to really eat and are shocked at how gullible they were before by thinking that. If you really want to get swole and I am assuming that is what you are looking to do because I read what you put in the chat box. Then you have to train like a maniac 5-6 days a week and eat 4000-5000 calories a day everyday. Read and learn all you can.
