Hi. I am new to this website and have not been in any types of websites. My name is Christopher and I am here trying to learn how to improve myself in lift weighting. I am 5'10 weight 165lbs. Good to have you bro. If you are trying to get big you have to eat big. People say I do eat all the time, like a horse. But then they learn how to really eat and are shocked at how gullible they were before by thinking that. If you really want to get swole and I am assuming that is what you are looking to do because I read what you put in the chat box. Then you have to train like a maniac 5-6 days a week and eat 4000-5000 calories a day everyday. Read and learn all you can.Go Hard Or Stay Home!!
