Hey people I'm new and want to start out by saying I am 5'11 268lbs and about 35% bf. I am looking for good proper info on getting in top physique and shape. I love working out and just have had some setbacks here in the recent past.I am now looking straight up and ahead and do not want to let anything hold me back. Bench...squat....deadlift.....military press....leg press....flys.....cardio.....curls I love this stuff . Please feel free to ask questions on specifics of my goals.
