I am 31 5'6" at 190lbs and looking to get strong. I currently max 405 on the bench and workout with 405 in squats. I am here because I want all the advise anyone can give me. I don't mind getting bigger as a matter of fact, me at 215 would be ill! I've done a win cycle solo and I have done a supra test 400 cycle solo and I dug on both of them!
