Greetings all, I just registered here and wanted to introduce myself. I am 29 years old, turning 30 next week and live in New Jersey. I am 5' 9" weigh about 165 lbs, and have been training for about 12 years. I took about 6 months off from August- January but have been training about 3-4 days/ week with one day of cardio since the beginning of February. I have put about 5 lbs of muscle on even though I'm lifting really light w/ high # of reps. I've gained a good portion of my strength back but still have a little ways to go to get back to where I was back in August. I put in an order last week on Naps so I am not taking anything besides vitamins right now. I have heard good things about this site and am looking forward to learning/ sharing with everyone. Thanks.
