Hello everyone!
I'm new to the forum and to body building in general, I was quite sporty earlier on (I swam 2 to 4 hours a week and rode a bike to university) but I've gotten fat over the course of the last couple years. And now, I'm here to get rid of the blubber and turn it into muscle!
