I don't know if the last ticket I submitted on support ever went through to the support center because I did not receive an e-mail confirming it (which usually gives you a password to the support account).
I'm also trying to recover my password from the SUPPORT CENTER ACCOUNT by sending an e-mail through the Lost Password section of support center, I never got an e-mail back (which are usually automatic)...
I have no idea what's going on. I also check the spam filters. Since I don't know the password I cannot check if my last ticket was successfully sent because I cannot log in to my Support Account...
My package was shipped June 12th according to naps, still no sight of it any suggestions / help / reply would be appreciated.
