Cannot log in to support account, order never came in, don't get e-mails..

    those letters can take months...i had one come 2 months after the date on the letter said the pack was taken...by the time the letter got to me my reship had been delivered

    RX got back to me, apparently they attempted to deliver it about 3 weeks ago... and they never left a notice, going to pick it up tomorrow, hope all goes well.

    Im having the same problem.. Once you submit a ticket it is impossible to log back in to see the status.. im having a certain issue that i need taken care off and i have no idea of what my next step is, as its not allowing me to acces my open ticket..

    It might have gotten seized, if it did you might not get a letter for a while, there even slower sometimes.

    Sure he replied to what you wrote, but not to what I need help with and what I stated on this thread, he didn't reply to another one of my PM's again. Even if I can submit tickets I can't see replies because I can't recover my password and log in to the support account...

    I'm trying to stay relaxed but when I see others posting threads that they got their gear in under 3 weeks while my package is MIA for almost 6 weeks (since it shipped) then it hits a nerve or two.

    Um.... He responded in this thread with a quote from me... If you can log into your regular Naps account, then you can submit tickets. I submitted a ticket this morning and have not received confirmation... Relax, its a website, a business, and a serious operation. Glitches, database management, and email issues can occur all the time.

    Yes I can "submit" the tickets, but I don't get an e-mail confirming it, which usually gives you a password to your Support Account, I cannot recover my password through the "Lost password" thing either because I NEVER get an e-mail from naps... since I can't log in to the support account AND don't get e-mails when someone does reply to the ticket what can I possibly do?

    I don't know if the last ticket I submitted on support ever went through to the support center because I did not receive an e-mail confirming it (which usually gives you a password to the support account).

    I'm also trying to recover my password from the SUPPORT CENTER ACCOUNT by sending an e-mail through the Lost Password section of support center, I never got an e-mail back (which are usually automatic)...

    I have no idea what's going on. I also check the spam filters. Since I don't know the password I cannot check if my last ticket was successfully sent because I cannot log in to my Support Account...

    My package was shipped June 12th according to naps, still no sight of it any suggestions / help / reply would be appreciated.
