I fucking hate the heartburn associated with some orals. Can anyone explain the physiology of what is taking place with respect to this?

That's common. Try taking some Prilosec, Tums, etc.

Liquid, bro, I understand that the symptoms can be treated. Ive been so torn up with heartburn that I was downing a bottle of tums EOD. Eating that much calcium is a bitch on your kidneys.

I never realized that orals can cause heartburn. I just finished my D Bol part of cycle, and noticed that I don't have it any more. Ya learn something new every day.

begin an otc treatment with prilosec or similar 1 week before starting a dbol or anavar regime

you can get them over the counter at walmart, cvs, etc

take it with food

don't eat something low in ph before bed - anything with lactic acid
