      • Sorry didnt get this posted last night but had to drive 3 hours to KC airport to pick up my other daughter and granddaughter. Got home at 1:30 am



        Chest Triceps and abs

        Flat Bench Press: 4x8x 90 lbs p/s
        incline DB Press: 4x8x 75lbs ( up 5lbs)
        Incline DB Flyes: 3x15x 40 lbs ( up 5 lbs)
        Pec Dec Flyes: 3x15x 150lbs
        Hammer Strength Incline Pres: 3x15x45lbs p/s

        Skullcrushers: 4x10x 60 lbs
        Close Grip Bench Press: 4x10x 60lbs
        Dip Machine: 4x10x 70lbs p/s
        Triceps Machine: 4x10x 80lbs

        Ab machine 3x15x130lbs
        GO HARD OR GO HOME!!!

        • Well I've got some hopefully good news but will wait till the and of the week to announce it....... Keep you all in suspense lol!!!

          Back and Biceps:

          Bentover Barbell Row: 4x12x 80lbs p/s ( up 10 lbs p/s)
          Wide Grip Lat Pulldowns: 4x12x165lbs ( up 5lbs)
          Cable Rows: 4x15x 165lbs (up 5lbs)
          Low row machine: 4x15x 100lbs p/s ( up 5lbd p/s)

          Straight Bar Curls: 4x10x 15lbs p/s
          Incline DB Curls: 4x12 x25lbs
          DB Hammer Curls: 4x10x 35lbs p/s
          Machine Preacher Curls: 4x10x 80lbs

          Then diud 10 minutes on the treadmill
          GO HARD OR GO HOME!!!

            Hack Squat: 4x12x 70lbs p/s
            Leg Press:4x12x 5 plates p/s
            Leg Extensions: 4x15x 160lbs
            Lying Leg Curls: 4x15x 140lbs
            Seated Calf Raises: 3x15x 45lbs p/s

            Then did 10 minutes on the bike

              • Started a new routine today but went up on weight on a few again!!!

                Chest & Biceps:
                Incline DB Press: 5x5x 80lbs ( up 5 lbs)
                Decline Bench Press: 3x10x45 lbs p/s haven't done these in forever
                Flat bench DB Flyes: 4x15x35lbs

                E-Z Bar Curl: 5x5x80lbs
                Concentration Curls: 3x12x25lbs
                Reverse E-zBar Curls: 3x15x40lbs

                Then did 15 minutes on the elliptical

                    Back & Abs:
                    Deadlifts: 4x12x 70lbs p/s
                    Bent over BB Rows: 4x12x 80lbs p/s
                    Hammer Strength Pulldown Machine: 4x10x90lbs p/s
                    Low Row Machine: 4x10x90lbs p/s

                    Crunch machine: 4x15x150lbs
                    Hanging Leg Raises: 4x15xbw

                    Shoulders & Triceps:
                    Shoulder Press Machine: 5x5x90lbs p/s
                    DB Lat Raises: 3x12x30lbs
                    Cable Front Raises: 3x12x 25lbs

                    skullcrushers: 3x12x 60lbs
                    Vbar pushdowns: 3x12x70lbs
                    DB Kickbacks: 3x15x25lbs

                    That was it I'm dead worked another 3am-3pm today going to bed see ya all!!

                            • Ok everyone just stopping in to let you all know I'm still hitting it not quite as hard as I have, I got a lot of things spinning right now, I am leaving today after work and driving 10 hours to Colorado for 2 job interviews, it's a great opportunity for us, and I'm jumping on it, so no working out again till Monday when I get back then I'll be back on here for at least 2 weeks hopefully ( again hoping I get one of the jobs!!) then hopefully moving to Colorado!!! Anyway just thought I would let you all know!!! Peace out and keep your fingers crossed for us!!!!
