        GOOD MORNING EVERYONE It is going to be a great day!! This is my first full day of in about 3 weeks so going to have a great day!!

        I got up early and did 30 minutes of fasted cardio on the bike hill mode level 8 got my sweat on early now to relax the rest of the day!!!
        GO HARD OR GO HOME!!!

            Cardio is very important my friend that far too many overlook.Great that you're taking advantage of it.

            As well as the rest and family time.Nothing better than family time man.Time is the only thing you can never get back so use every second of it wisely.I know of no more wise a choice than doing it with family.

              Good Evening JM Family Today was CHEST, TRICEPS & ABS,


              Flat Bench Press: 4x8x 85lbs p/s ( up 5lbs p/s)
              Incline DB Press: 4x8x 65 lbs
              Incline DB Flyes: 3x15x 30lbs
              Cable Flyes: 3x15x 70lbs (up 10lbs)

              Skullcrushers: 4x10x 60lbs
              Close Grip Bench Press: 4x10x 60lbs
              VGrip triceps Pushdowns: 4x10x 90lbs

              Hanging Leg Raises: 3x20x bw
              An Crunch Machine: 3x20x 170lbs

              Then did 10 minutes on the EVIL STAIRMASTER level 10

              Pretty good workout this morning!! Sweating like a pig think it was because I started back in yesterday on the clenbuterol!!

                Back & Biceps day:

                Bentover Barbell Row: 4x8x 70lbs p/s (up 10lbs p/s)
                Wide Grip Lat Pulldowns: 4x8x 150lbs (up 10lbs)
                Cable Rows: 4x15x 130lbs (up 10lbs)
                DeadLifts: 3x10x 80lbs p/s (up 10lbs p/s)

                Straight Bar Curls: 4x10x 20lbs p/s
                Incline DB Curls: 25 lbs p/s
                Preacher Curls: 4x10x 50lbs
                21's with straight bar: 3 sets x 15lbs p/s

                Then did another 10 minutes on the EVIL STAIRMASTER level12!! Sweat was pouring off me great workout this morning!! Then had a great afternoon after work walked the mall with my wife and granddaughter!! Life is great

                      Today was LEG Day!!!

                      Squats: 4x8x 100lbs p/s ( up 10lbs p/s )
                      Leg Press:4x10x 4 plates p/s (up 1 plate p/s)
                      Leg Extensions: 4x15x 150lbs
                      Leg Curls: 4x15 x 90lbs
                      Seated Calf Raises: 3x15x 35lbs p/s

                      That was it yup had a great leg workout legs are jello right now in the morning the pain will begin trying to walk and will be "Free Falling to the Toilet!!"

                          Hey JM Family!! Had a great last SHOULDER AND ABS workout at the gym Got ya!!! We are switching back to Powerhouse Gym! We left there for a couple years but we mid some of the equipment so starting Tuesday we will be back!!

                          Today was SHOULDERS & ABS: good workout today as well!!

                          Standing Military Press:3x8x 25lbs p/s
                          Smith Upright Rows: 3x10x 25lbs p/s
                          DB Lat Raises:3x10x 30lbs p/s
                          Reverse Pec Deck:3x15 x 160lbs ( up 10lbs )
                          Cable Rope Face Pulls:3x15x 90lbs
                          DB Front Raises: 3x10x 30lbs p/s

                          Hanging Leg Raises: 3x20x bw
                          An Crunch Machine:3x20x 170lbs

                          Then did 10 minutes on the bike was going to do the EVIL STAIRMASTER but my legs would have given out they are so sore from yesterday!!!

                            Good to hear about the switch back to Powerhouse.If they have the equipment you need and the other gym did not,then its a wise move.Whatever it takes to keep you going in the right direction man.

                              Did 20 minutes of cardio this morning after I took my clen and T3 was a great sweaty cardio session then spent the rest of the day with the wife at the mall and buying new recliners for our new place we are moving into next month!
