Lat pull downs wide behind neck 3x20
Lat pulls to the front wide 3x20
Low cable rows 4x20
Barbell rows 4x20 135lbs pumps your lats up love barbell rows
Dbell pullover 4x15-20 kind of a light back day just for the pump when hitting back twice a week a routine like this is refreshing everyonce in a while
Dbell concentration curls 4 sets 12-15 reps
Ez bar curl 6sets 2 grips 12-15 reps
Hanging leg raises then
workout was done but did dead lift as my friend was helping me with some pointers in the deadlift pulled 405 with no belt or chalk like 10 singles to try and work on form
