Okay so I started the day shift this week and I am more tired now then ever before. Working nights to many years. Man have to work out at like 8:30 at night after working 12 hours sucks. Can not wait to get adjusted to my new schedule.

I feel ya brother- the adjusting can be a little tricky but we succumb to the changes and adjust accordingly. When I was in army I battled living on opposite sides of the world to include Alaska and Iraq- not easy but we adjust"Whatever we plant in our subconscious mind, and nourish with repetition and emotion, will one day become reality."
