Just a few months ago I switch from working out at 5 a.m., which I had done for nearly four years, to working out at 7 p.m. after work. It took a while to get used to, but my workouts improved because I was always fasted in the morning and I'm now working out an hour after dinner.

I feel ya brother- the adjusting can be a little tricky but we succumb to the changes and adjust accordingly. When I was in army I battled living on opposite sides of the world to include Alaska and Iraq- not easy but we adjust
