  • forearm pain

This has been a real issue with my training ever since I first started hitting the weights. I've taken time off to let it heal and without fail everytime it comes back. I get this pain on the inside of my forearms it feels like my tendons are going to rip. It's extremely painful. When I grip anything my tendons get a stabbing pain. I've try to do research about how I can help this. All I found is to take time off and I'm done doing that I lose gains and it comes back regardless. Any tips would be much appreciated thank you

I have had tendon problems for most of my bodybuilding career. I have found that taking a supplement called "cissus" works wonders for it.. Usually when I start having a problem with tendons, I take the supplement for about 1 month (however the pain usually will subside in about a week).

Look it up online and order yourself a bottle, what do you have to lose?

Ahh....roofing in the summer. Hot as hell! Stay hydrated brother. Dehydration can destroy your ligaments/joints.

Yup same here can barley spot someone on bench it hurts so bad its unbearable half my exercises are effected by it. It's just now starting again so its not to that point and I want to make sure it doesn't get to that point l. The only way for me to get rid of it is to completely stop training for about a month but it still hurts a little bit even ager time off

Thats tough to be that young and have a problem like that. Ive been bodybuilding for over 20 years and for the past 4 have had the same problem. Heavy straight bar curls and actually and type barbell curl makes my forearms feel like they are going to tear up. What helped me was using dumbells and lowering the weight I use. At my age curling 145 for reps is just out of the question now. Evey once in a while I will go heavy but I get a better pump with less weight. Try using less weight and see what happens.
