Yea its definatly unfortunate I was hoping it was something that would fade away. I thought maybe my forearms would get stronger and it would just disapate, but I've taken time off several times to let it heal. Without fail it always comes back after I start to get stronger and go up in weight. It's just hard for me to hit light weight especially on cycle but I think that sounds like my only choice right now I'm going to try what herc recommended hopefully that will help some.

I had bad tennis elbow for about 4 months. I was in pain anytime I did anything with my palm facing down, or even sideways. Palm facing up was fine. I stopped any "secondary" exercises and concentrated on basic compound movements to give it some rest. I also used dmso on my elbow every night. Whether it was the rest or dmso, or a combination of the two, it has gotten much better.
