  • Mr Big, tell us about your progress...

    so mr big, i saw your post in the test only thread and wanted to see if you'd mind sharing a little more with us on how you made this progress. this cycle certainly wasn't just a case of someone taking a steroid and coasting along, missing meals or the gym. this took some damn hard work, focus and consistency. if you dont mind, i have a few questions to get this started, but first, for anyone who didnt see, here is our boy's pics that he posted in another thread.





    1. so what are your stats, height weight(before/after cycle), time training?

    2. what was the goal for this cycle and do you feel you are happy with the results you got?

    3. any specific body parts you were trying to bring up?

    4. how much protein, carbs fats did you consume per day?

    5. any protein source that you feel was exceptionally beneficial to you?

    6. tell us a little about your training...are you more into volume or HIT? how often do you train each body part?

    7. you have really thick abs. i can tell that they are probably fairly visible even when your body fat is a little higher. what does your ab training look like?

    haha I actually couldn't recognise him when he used the new avi. When he replied to my thread I was like "that guy Mr.Big looks familiar,but who was he exactly.."Seriously there's quite the change and I would like to see the answers to those questions as well.

      1. so what are your stats, height weight(before/after cycle), time training?

      My before picture, I'm 48yo, 5'9" 180lbs at about 7-8% b-fat, the cut cycle I did was Gen Shi cut stack 750, Winstrol and Clenbuterol for 7 weeks. It was only 7 weeks because I had my gallbladder out and thats all the time I had left before I went on vacation.

      My after picture, I'm 49yo 215lbs at about 12-11% b-fat, I have some water retention so it's hard to get a accurate measurement. My cycle here is 20 weeks starting Oct 8, 2012 on GP T400 and GP Sust270 I started with Adadrol but I really didn't get anything out of the Anadrol.

      Oh and I've been training for about 24 year now and I've been using gear for about 6-8 years I believe.


      2. what was the goal for this cycle and do you feel you are happy with the results you got?

      My goal was to try and get to 220lbs and try to stay some what lean, on this cycle. I'm almost there and the results that I have so far have been awesome.

      3. any specific body parts you were trying to bring up?

      Yes, my legs, I've always have had smaller legs so I hit them really hard this time. The funny thing is I hate doing legs, but because of that, I hit them extra hard and brought them up quite a bit. There still not where I'd like them to be, but work in progress.

      4. how much protein, carbs fats did you consume per day?

      My daily caloric intake is around 6200 calories, My protein is about 344g, Carbs are around 728g, and fats are right around 203g

      5. any protein source that you feel was exceptionally beneficial to you?

      First it's very hard for me to eat the calories I need to put the weight on at one point in December I was stuck at 195lbs, I was doing about 4500-5000 calories a day I just could not break that weight. One day I saw that Optimum nutrition had a weight gainer so I figured I'd try it. This gave me the calories and many other nutrients I needed to launched me to 215lbs within about 3-4 weeks, I was pretty happy about that.

      6. tell us a little about your training...are you more into volume or HIT? how often do you train each body part?

      When It comes to my train, most don't agree with it. I train Monday thru Friday and that's it, each body part is hit once a week, I like to save my weekends for other things to do with my family. When I do train, for size I train every body part the same. I do my warm up sets first and stretch, then when I feel that I'm warmed up I start my sets with no more than 6 reps, if I can get 6 reps I up my weight, it might only be 2.5-5lbs but I make sure that I add more weight.

      7. you have really thick abs. i can tell that they are probably fairly visible even when your body fat is a little higher. what does your ab training look like?

      This is the funny part........when I'm putting on size I don't train them at all, I only train my ab's when I'm cutting and trying to loose body fat.

            I'm looking to start my 10 week cut cycle April 1, 2013. I'm hoping to be at 195-200lbs at 7-8% body fat this time around

                  10 week cut cycle
                  wk 1-10 GP Clenbuterol
                  wk 1-10 GP Andromix
                  wk 4-10 GP Stan 50 Winstrol
                  I haven't figured out all the particulars of the diet, I usually drop my calories down to 2000. Keeping the carbs as low as I can and the protein high and low fat.
                  My training will change, I'll be doing at least 1/2 hour of cardio at 4am, weight training around 5pm and 1/2 hour of cardio again after I weight train.
                  The weight training will change also, that is, instead of staying around 6reps, I'll now stay between 8-10 reps, with more explosive training and less time in between sets.
                  I still will stick to my Monday- friday training with weekends off, I may do cardio on the weekend if I happen to miss a day or a session during the week.

                    How bout the dosages? How much of the a mix and winny u gonna use?

                    One more question though. Are you going to add any test to the cut cycle to keep a test bade. What i meen is the 3 drugs in a mix are all dosed at 50mg. I was always under the impression that you need to have a test base for every cycle, meaning test should be higher than all other compounds, right?
