so mr big, i saw your post in the test only thread and wanted to see if you'd mind sharing a little more with us on how you made this progress. this cycle certainly wasn't just a case of someone taking a steroid and coasting along, missing meals or the gym. this took some damn hard work, focus and consistency. if you dont mind, i have a few questions to get this started, but first, for anyone who didnt see, here is our boy's pics that he posted in another thread.
1. so what are your stats, height weight(before/after cycle), time training?
2. what was the goal for this cycle and do you feel you are happy with the results you got?
3. any specific body parts you were trying to bring up?
4. how much protein, carbs fats did you consume per day?
5. any protein source that you feel was exceptionally beneficial to you?
6. tell us a little about your training...are you more into volume or HIT? how often do you train each body part?
7. you have really thick abs. i can tell that they are probably fairly visible even when your body fat is a little higher. what does your ab training look like?
