Sodium is bery very important man. 1 day write down everything thing u eat including sodium most people take in 10,000 mg sodium without knowing you drop ur sodium to 2,300 mg a day 3 weeks will see midsection difference. U didnt mention how many carbs aday you want to cut but still be able to work outside i cut mine to 100 when cutting and 600 carbs when bulking. Do you count carbs

Yeah I've tried to stay away from the obvious carbs like bread and stuff. But like the soup has a few in it if it has potatoes and the wheat crackers of course but I'm pretty sure I keep them low. I'll count tm and see how much sodium I'm actually taking in. That might be my problem... And I've thought ab the whole starving the metabolism thing but I'm not sure what to eat thought the day to kind of keep it going. I eat at 7a 10a 12p 3p and 6p. And I'll look into some kind of clen... I've taking it before but it was the oral liquid. I didn't notice too much of a diff and I cycled it 2 on 2 off for ab a month or two.

Well you get that diet written down carbs sodium. And you can also look for test gel loook around they sell a gel with testosterone in it and also a gel with eq in it i cant say how good it is or how much u have to take of it. But there ur options until u get some friends to hold ya down and pin some real test.

Test is essential! For maximum results you will have to get over your fear of needles! Its not bad at all just wipe it down with some alcohol wipes and inject up at the top of your glute high and right then high and left the next time. I sit down when i do it because it sets my muscle the way i want it. But first stack should always be some form of Test and a Nolva and possibly HCG PCT. Study up on here there is alot of good articles!
