    T3:

    12.5mcg for 5-7 days
    25mcg for 5 days
    50mcg for 5 days
    75mcg for 10 days
    37.5mcg for 5 days
    25mcg for 5 days
    12.5 mcg for 5 days
    6.25mcg for 5-7 days

    My reasoning. Read up and 12.5 won't shutdown natural t3. So it is like a kick off week in essence. Then using a pyramid for the dosing. I have seen people saying tapering off is not needed, but more people say you do and to kick start your t3 back up eat a ton of carbs for 3 days to a week. So tell me what you all think of this t3 schedule.

    Clen:

    Taking the clen starting at the 50mcg dose of t3 and using it through the 75mcg dose. Then off for the 37.5mcg dose and the 25mcg dose. I will then use it for the last two weeks of the t3.

    Dosing:
    Day 1-5: 20mcg
    Day 6-10: 30mcg
    Day 11-15: 50mcg
    Skip
    Day 1-5: 20mcg
    Day 5-8: 30mcg
    Day 9-13: 60mg

    Keep in mind this is based on what I will have available. I see all you guys saying "dont over take stuff because of diminishing returns" and that is what I am avoiding. Also if it seems conservative.. it is I won't hav a lot. I have seen people say benadryl works like ketotifen so I will be taking that while taking the clen. Even if it does not work at least I will be sleeping good and it is worth a shot.

    After I am done I will be carb loading and taking metabolism "boosting" supps
    Of course my eating through all this will be flawless. Thinking 2grams protein for each lb. I will cycle my calories from carbs and fats around depending on how many calories I will be trying to consume that day. Prob try and keep the cals at 1500 and go up down and around from that number also based on the exercise I will be doing that day. I will be running test and maybe winny or anavar. If anyone wants to say don't use t3 or clen than i suggest you just tell me how to proceed rather than dismissing it. I might be a 'newb' but come on.

    Workouts-
    3 days a week HIIT training
    3 days a week Lifting
    2 days a week cardio

    after t3 and clen-
    4 days a week cardio
    4 days a week lifting

    Tell me what you all think so I can change some stuff accordingly

      It looks good........... I would stick with the T3 and Clen see how you go with that first, Dont put all your eggs in one basket if you get what I mean

        So for anyone who wants an update..... I am a week in and I already see results like I got last year after two months... I think it is because I never ate carbs so my t3 must have been super low. I am somewhat sticking to my diet. Tough transition but in about a week I should have it down 100%. I am hoping to lose 7% body fat. Ill keep this updated week to week so people can learn and see any mistakes I make.

            Stay away from T3. IMO it's not worth the possible muscles breakdown. do one thing wrong and T3 will eat your muscles like you have no idea.

              Clen/T3 Cutting Cycle...



              This is a 6 week cycle :

              Clen is taken 1 week on / one week off:

              As in my experience it is more effective this way:

              A mild anabolic of 50mg of Winstrol ED, Anavar at
              40mg ED or Test Prop at 50mg ED or 100mg EOD is
              recommended to preserve muscle lose and fight of
              a catabolic state that T3 can cause. You could also
              use longer ester testosterone , but they will take much
              longer to kick in to be effective.

              Start T3 at 50mcg as any lower makes no sense since
              your body should be producing between 20mcg-25mcg
              daily naturally... Clen doses use as a guideline along with
              the T3 doses, everyone has different tolerances for both,
              but this is was very effective for me...

              You can use a simple ECA stack during your off weeks in the
              place of Clen if you want to help with the fat burning progress...
              Your diet should be fairly high in protein , moderate carbs with
              no sugars and moderate fat intake... You may also want to add
              a source of EFA's like a flax seen oil to your diet during this time...
              Also Clen is known to cause alot of muscle cramping... Also I start
              off week three at the same dose I finished with at the end of week
              one... Again all depends on your tolerance to the drug, you may
              want to start a little lower for a few days before going right back
              to your maximum dose.

              Drink more water along with taking extra minerals and potassium
              and 2-3 grams ED of the amino acid L-Taurine is recommended if
              cramping is really a problem... Also take your Clen and T3 in two
              divided doses during the day... Also to give you an idea my daily
              calorie intake was probably about 1,000 to 1,200 lower then normal
              for this entire time...

              BTW when I ran this cycle I was running 900mg week of Test Cyp
              as my only anabolic right at the end of a bulking cycle ... My results
              is I went from a chunky, but thick as a bull 240lbs to a fairly hard 212lbs
              or so in only 6 weeks... Again adjust the doses to fit your tolerance...
              At these doses you will be sweating and hot all day long... Plan on
              losing some muscle mass even with the anabolics...

                  Okay so bill i have winny but no test. So there is no way i am stopping this now especially since I planned it for so long. I started off lower to see how it affected me. I probably will up the dose though. I thought that I would play it by ear as I started pyramiding up. I eat pretty much 55% protein and the rest is fat in the meat and eggs. I just really want to shed this fat. I can put on muscle pretty easy but always comes with the price tag of bf. So you think I should add in the winny or no? I have some adex and tamo. I have 50 20mcgs of clen and thats it. plenty of t3 to work with tho.
